Since the promo says 1 per transaction, I would buy $50 of gift cards in separate transactions.  You can use the $10 savings coupons on your next purchase of $25 or more.  I’m not sure if you can use the $10 savings coupon to buy gift cards, but it is worth a shot.  There might be some money making opportunities to resell some of the gift cards.
