Dine LA AMEX Offer: $5 Off $21 Spent @ Los Angeles Restaurant Week

Good morning everyone, sorry I have been MIA lately.  I’m flying down to Orange County tonight, so expect some good blog posts over the coming days (and a giveaway tomorrow).  This morning, I was looking at my AMEX Offers and spotted a new offer for Dine LA.  This offer is probably targeted to residents of Southern California and is in partnership with Los Angeles Restaurant Week.  The offer is a $5 statement credit with a $21 purchase at any participating restaurant.

To see if your favorite LA-based restaurant is on the list, check out this map.

For those unfamiliar with the “Restaurant Week” concept, various restaurants create Prix Fixe lunch and dinner menus where you can order everything listed for a fixed price.  Usually the savings are pretty substantial (20-50% savings).  To see the participating restaurants, click here.

I was able to add the AMEX Offer to 4 out of 5 AMEX cards.  I don’t believe there is a Twitter hashtag to enroll your card, but there might be.  If you have any questions, please leave a comment below.  Have a great day everyone!

not impressive discount. your post about Mogl is an excellent way to get local restaurant discounts at half and 100 % rebates.

Assuming you can pay with multiple AMEX CCs, this represents almost a 25% discount. Mogl usually has less expensive restaurants.

You don’t need to use multiple cards (if you don’t want to) because the terms say you can continually get the $5….read the terms “$21 or more….every time…”
