World of Hyatt Partners with IfOnly to Book Travel-Worthy Experiences (Earn & Redeem Hyatt Points)

Hot off the World of Hyatt presses, another new program has just been announced giving us new ways to earn and redeem Hyatt Points! Do you need some inspiration for finding your next travel destination or experience? World of Hyatt members can now book one-of-a-kind Travel-worthy Experiences through IfOnly. These Travel-worthy Experiences, located across several destinations in the U.S. and Europe, is another step in Hyatt’s strategy to engage with high-end travelers.

Some examples of these curated experiences are: Booking a private helicopter tour of Chicago, paired with dinner at an iconic Italian Restaurant; an afternoon with a zookeeper for behind-the-scenes access at the San Francisco Zoo; or backstage passes to the Broadway play Kinky Boots to meet the star of the show.

Now through January 31, 2018, World of Hyatt members have the exclusive opportunity to take advantage of these Travel-worthy Experiences, while earning and redeeming Hyatt Points through IfOnly.com. World of Hyatt members will earn 3 Bonus Points per every eligible U.S. dollar spent on Travel-worthy Experiences from World of Hyatt. Points needed to purchase these experiences will, of course, vary. I spent some time exploring the website, and while some of the experiences are indeed high-end, there are lots of categories to choose from and a huge variety of experiences within each category to choose from. The timing on Hyatt’s part makes sense as there are plenty of fun options offered to use as holiday gifts.  Check out all of these Travel-worthy Experiences.

Have you ever purchased a curated experience like this using points from either Hyatt or some other loyalty program? Would you do it again? Does this at all interest you, or is Hyatt out of touch with what its members will spend their points on? Let me know!

I’m going with the Balloon Expedition over Mt. Everest!!
What a deal I could use 651,875,000 Hyatt points or $5,215,000. and that’s for TWO PEOPLE. Nice.
If I book and pay I’ll get 3x points so that would net me an additional 15,645,000 points. That’s nice too.
    Man this is tough…
What to do .. What to do.
    Suggestions?

Great reply, Patrick! I did enjoying looking at some of them and thinking…….hmm, if money was no object this would be fun. I looked under the sports and health/fitness section and those looked more in line with my budget as gifts for people. I’m guessing your vote would be that Hyatt is on a fishing expedition here to see if any of these appeal to their members? Have a great day, and thanks for reading and having a good sense of humor.

I see what you mean, Kenny. Earlier today the links that showed Hyatt points were working. I’ve tried on a few different browsers and I can’t get point to show either. Must be some issue on Hyatt’s end. Maybe check back later. If it’s not working in a few hours I’ll reach out to Hyatt and see what they say.
