Good afternoon everyone.  A few weeks ago, a company called USB Memory Direct reached out to me to see if I would be interested in doing a USB drive giveaway.  I said yes, so now I have a bunch of custom Travel with Grant USB drives to give away.  USB Memory Direct specializes in custom printed USB drives and they recommended the tube style that is water-resistant and super durable.  Each USB drive has 8GB of storage and is perfect for backing up photos, videos, or other files.  Continue reading for instructions on how to enter the giveaway…

To enter the giveaway, just answer this question: What would you do with your 8GB USB drive?  That is the only rule to entering the giveaway.  The giveaway ends Wednesday, September 5 at 11:59pm PT and all comments need to be entered by that date/time.  I will randomly select 10 winners on Thursday morning and email you asking for your mailing address.  I will send out the USB drives as soon as you respond to the email with your mailing address.  I will update this post on Thursday with the names of the winners.  Thank you in advance for everyone who enters the giveaway.

If you do not win this time, I will run another giveaway in the future.  If you have any questions, please let me know.  Thank you for reading and have a great day.

I’d definitely use it to transfer some very sensitive files from my work computer. Just kidding. Probably sending travel photos to my Mom!

I would use it store some behind the scenes footage of The Apprentice that I recently acquired so I could send it to the NYT anonymously. :)

I would use it to take my Powerpoint presentations into class (I’m a professor). I often misplace these drives so am always looking for a new one.

I would use it as a backup for Microsoft Office files when I don’t have internet access. I would also use if I need to copy client data.

Backup the wedding and travel pictures on my camera, phone and laptop so I can clear up space and easily show the pics to the family when visiting them. Thanks for sharing the largesse.

Put all my international photos in one place tired of trying to remember which mini USB disc had which photos. Then I’ll look at them more often and maybe even post them
