Huge Score! Citi AT&T Access More Credit Card Thank You Points Adjustments Posted

Good morning everyone, I hope you had a great weekend.  The calendar date may say October 7, but to me, it feels like Christmas morning!  Let me explain.  I just checked my Citi credit card statements and noticed this message on my 3 Citi AT&T Access More Credit Cards.  According to the message, Citi did not reward me the correct number of Citi Thank You Points for purchases made on my Citi AT&T Access More Credit Cards.  Citi is going to make an adjustment to my account in the next 2-3 billing cycles (actually, Citi credited the missing Citi Thank You Points on that statement).

I excitedly opened my 3 Citi AT&T Access More Credit Card statements to see how many more Citi Thank You Points I earned.  I couldn’t believe these numbers.  I’m not sure if these adjustments are based off of lifetime spend or after a certain date.  I have had these credit cards for several years and tend to spend $10,000 – $11,000 on each credit card each cardmember year.

I then went to my Citi Thank You Points account to confirm that all the adjustments posted to my Citi Thank You Points account.  Yup, all 146,625 bonus Citi Thank You Points were posted to my account.  That is a huge score and very much appreciated.

I have a few other Citi credit cards, but did not see any bonus points / cash back or adjustments, so I am guessing these adjustments are based on the 3x online transaction category.  Check your Citi credit card statements and Citi Thank You Points account to see if you are a few Citi Thank You Points richer today.  If you have any questions, please leave a comment below.  Have a great day everyone!

Wow, Grant, that’s incredibly exciting. Christmas morning indeed!!! Congrats on the major score and new stash of TYPs. I’m looking forward to hearing where you & Laura decide to go with them :) Now I can’t wait until my October statement closes this coming weekend to see if I have any nice surprises coming my way too! :)

No plans to use the TYPs right now, but I’m sure I will find a use for them… Fingers crossed you get a major haul on your next ATT AM CC statement :)

In the past, you could convert a Citi credit card to a Citi AT&T Access CC, then upgrade that to the Citi AT&T Access More CC. But recent reports say that product changing, converting, or upgrading to the Citi AT&T Access More CC is not possible any more.

Wow! I just checked my statement and I only got an adjustment of 210 points; the spend on my ATTAM card is much higher than yours, but maybe it’s mostly at merchants that get coded correctly.

    Congratulations!
No points adjustment (or soup) for me.
Have had one of theses forever, and have found merchant codes fluctuate.
Find figuring out which purchase makes the 3X a challenge, but the Citi phone assistance crew are always very gracious. As it is, the ATT card has beeb awinner for me.
    Thank you for the blog.

Still checking back to see if you found out which merchant it was? Only got 2k points adjustment for a card I spend a lot with.
