UPDATE 6/20/14: Do not use OVGCs or VGCs at Walmart. Use other gift cards from other banks.
No Vanilla Reload Cards? No Problem! One Vanilla Gift Cards to the Rescue
I don’t know about you, but my local CVS store(s) are getting a bit low on Valentine’s Day chocolate Vanilla Reload Cards. Instead of walking out empty handed, take a look at the One Vanilla Gift Cards.
They have a slightly higher activation fee ($4.95 instead of $3.95), but they are a great Vanilla Reload Card alternative/replacement.
The great thing about this gift card is you can load it onto your Bluebird Card at Walmart (link) and you DO NOT need to register a PIN before using it. Yes, you read that correctly, all you do is swipe the gift card and enter any 4 digits you like (I like 1234 or 1127 (for my birthday)), but you may like another set of 4 digit numbers. It really is as simple as it sounds. Plus, I’ve seen literally 100 One Vanilla gift cards at every CVS store I have ever been to. You should be able to buy these cards at CVS or any grocery store, gas station, or other store.
If you have any questions, please leave a comment below.
Mine was not vanilla. It was visa gc from usbank. I did fax the info they asked for, but as of this morning, the cards still had the error so I took them back to the merchant, and they issued my new ones no problem. Wish I had done that sooner!
Good work. Thinking outside the box!
Orin Davis- I don’t understand buying cards and then activating them. The clerk is supposed to activate them the instant you buy them.
Jerry:
Grant covered this already, but I will review it for you. If you purchase cards DIRECTLY FROM STAPLES.COM (not a store, but an online source), they arrive in the mail ‘unactivated.’ for security reasons.
In a separate envelope, one receives the activation codes, which one must perform by oneself…….
Since shipping is free, and that these cards are harder and harder to find at Staples stores, the tradeoff (time to activate v. time to drive to store with risk of no cards being available for purchase) seems worthwhile.
I hope this clarifies things…..

Orrin, Jerry & Grant:
What is a purpose to buy any gift cards at Staples? Do you get multiple miles per dollar you spent on your credit cards? I only have Chase United Mileage Visa and Citi AA mastercard which I only get 1 to 1. Perhaps, I need to consider to get other credit cards and get rid off my current credit cards. Thank you for your help!
5x Chase Ultimate Reward Points per dollar spent at Office Supply Stores with Chase Ink Credit Card.
I had difficulty activating the 10 VISA ‘Gift Card’ (yes, it says both ‘Gift Card’ and ‘Debit” on the front) that I purchased from Staples.com. They are a MetaBank product.
I called the 800 number when I could not activate them on the computer. “Jasmine” was most unhelpful, and I requested to speak to a supervisor…which she refused.
I ‘googled’ “Gift Card Mall” and “email address”” and found a customer service email address. I wrote that I was disappointed with the customer service that I had received, and that I was planning to call Staples on Monday. Amazingly, a supervisor wrote me in under an hour, and activated all 10 cards immediately.
Don’t ever let them push you around!
orrin
Good work Orrin, glad the gift cards were activated.
Good to hear Danielle. I just called Vanilla Visa Gift card this morning. After almost two weeks dealing with them, they said my card will be activated today and should check it tomorrow. Fingers crossed! Hope it worked as they said. If not, I will try your route where bring it back to the merchant to have them issue the new card.
I just activated my bb card and tried to add money by linking a debit card which was a OneVanilla. It did not work. Should it have? I guess if the answer is no I should have no problem using it at Walmart right? Thanks!
You can’t use a gift card to load funds online. You have to use a real debit card.
Danielle–Metabank gift cards are sold in the Safeway grocery chains. I had no problem with Metabank and US Bank gift cards to convert into debit cards but One Vanillas are already debit cards. They save one step.
Steven- I don’t know what Vanilla VISA *gift* cards are. I only buy One Vanilla *debit* cards and never have a problem with them at Walmart to buy money orders.
What is your suggestion on buying money orders at Walmart? How much is it cost per money order? $1,000, $2,000, etc? What is a best way to save cost? $5,000 worth at once on Money order?
Steven— Swipe 2 One Vanillas per $1,000 money order. Maximum of 3 $1,000 MOs in one transaction. I wrote this before. I guess you have to buy the other 2 MOs in another transaction. Here in Dallas,TX, it is 68c per MO but it may vary across the country. Pay fees in cash. I just bought 3 $1,000 MOs in one transaction.
Grant & Jerry, Went to a local WM today to purchase MOs with One Vanillas. Looks like we can not purchased MOs with One Vanillas anymore. I went through the process by sliding my One Vanillas at the key pin pad and system rejected. The cashier asked what kind of debit card. I told them Vanillas. She said we don’t take that anymore due to many fraud with Vanilla cards. My question is… Does this effect the whole WM system wide? or just on a certain WM. I can try other WM but want to know if anyone else have the same issue started today.
I have no problem loading OVGC or other Visa GCs to my Bluebird/Serve Cards. Maybe Jerry can chime in with his money order point of view.
Jerry,
Today I bought a couple more OV (Walgreens let me but them again! Yay!) And bought money orders at Walmart to deposit at my bank. They had a bit of problem with the machine denying my cards initially, but when she swiped them herself (had to ask her to try that), seemed to work fine. I did have to load 2 to my bb because they would not approve for the money orders, but they were the visa gc, not the OV, so oh well. Hopefully this will get easier now. :) Thanks for the tip!
Grant-He wrote using One Vanilla debit cards. Never a problem buying money orders at Walmart. I don’t waste my time using silly Bluebird.
Jerry,
On the front of the Money Order, whose name do you use for the person giving the money order? Do you make it from you to you? I wondered if that would look odd.
LWt-Yes, from you to you and endorse on the back same as on any check. Bank tellers never think it looks odd. I just hand them an unfilled deposit slip I keep in my car to give them the account number and get it back. So, you are signing it in 3 places before going up to the teller.
Grant-Chase Ink is a business credit card. I don’t own business, so I won’t be able to apply one. That is too bad. That will add up the points quickly.
Many people have business cards without having a real business. I have a card for my eBay account, I could also get one for this blog. Many people have rental property that they consider a small business.
Steven I just put I am a sole proprietor consultant and use my SSN.
Grant & Jerry, thank you so much for the feedback. I do have a rental property. I will apply for Chase Ink. Again, thank you.
L Mez-You should have called for a manager. Debit cards such as One Vanilla cannot be obtained with a name. Likewise, Metabank and US Bank gift cards (which can be converted
into debit cards with a PIN) purchased in grocery stores cannot have a name on them. I guess the only way to get a *gift* card with a name on it is to order it online and I don’t know if any can be converted into debit cards. Go back with this information.
I went to Wal-Mart today; they would not let me use my One Vanilla cards to transfer funds onto my BB or to purchase money orders. They said that their policy is that they only allow debit cards w/the customers name printed on it. Has anyone ran into that problem?
Yes, I have heard this from a few people. That is the official Walmart policy, but some stores/cashiers do not enforce the policy. Try going to a different cashier or to a different Walmart and you should have better luck.
Same issue today. The policy seems to have been enforced across Walmarts, I was told. Specifically told that even though my One Vanilla had a PIN, that card was not allowed.
I went to Walmart this morning and had no problem. Seems like some stores enforce the policy while others do not. Try going to a checkout lane for better success.
Try using a wal-mart with a money pass kiosk. I much prefer to deal with machines than suspicious cashiers :)
Another strategy is to just tell them that you want to transfer funds from you debit card onto your Bluebird account, and do not let them see, touch, or hold your One Vanilla card. Rather, just swipe it yourself and they will never know the difference.
Another trick is to bring your real debit card in case they ask but swipe your gift card. Most Walmart locations obscure the pin pad so they can’t see you swipe the card anyways.
Grant- I can’t figure out if the Reply link above or below is to be used to reply to a specific post. The arrow is no help. In fact, you could clarify this in your introduction. I would suggest that the Reply link is more closely connected to each post.
Why are Walmarts against loading gift cards to Serve/Bluebird?
Is it because of the money laundering people?
I assume what WE are doing is ethical and legal.
Criminals ruin things for the rest of us…
Is there such a thing as a debit card with a name on it?
Jerry, yes. They mean the one issued by your bank that is linked to your checking account. I had the same problem at the Walmart closest to my house, but so far, no problem at the next one I tried.
Sure….your bank would love to give you one.
Grant,
Can you still load the BlueBird card online with One Vanilla?
No, you can’t load gift cards to Bluebird or Serve Cards online, only inside Walmart.
So no way at all to load Bluebird online? Very sorry if this has been covered. I tried reading through all posts on bluebird and vanilla and want to get into this.
-Can you have multiple bluebird cards? will walmart allow you to add $1000 on bluebird with 2 one vanilla cards?
You can load Serve Cards online with a credit card and a debit card. You are also able to load at Walmart. You can only have one card per SSN.
Is Serve the better option? Looks like no fees to reload and free to order one online. You can then load BlueBird at Walmart with Serve, like One Vanilla?
Serve is better unless you need to write checks, only Bluebird can do that (I think checks will come soon though). No cash advance fees with Chase for loading a Serve Card online.
Does chase charge a cash advance fee when using either?
Last question. You can pay your credit card with serve, like bluebird
Yes, Serve uses the same payment network/merchant as Bluebird, so the process is identical.
using serve or bluebird you have the potential to earn 60,000 pts in a calendar year. is there any other similar way to get to 110,000? i do promotions and whatnot not sure i’ll get the extra 50,000 on there
Get another Bluebird or Serve card from a friend or relative.
Serve card is in the mail but just noticed this on Serve’s website: Please note, you may only link a credit or debit card that is in your name.
Any other tips?
You have to be the primary card holder, not an authorized user on the credit and debit card. No gift cards allowed for online loads.
Sorry, a little confused what you mean. With Serve: I can add money to Serve using a Credit Card and then use Serve to pay off that same card, correct?
Is there any way to obtain more than 60,000 points on the southwest credit card using this type of system? The serve website states you can only add value to the serve card if the credit card name matches the serve card name, unless I am reading it wrong
You can do bill pay back to the credit card used for funding. Yes, the names on the credit card must match the name of the Serve Card. It might take a while to get 60,000 SWA points using the SWA credit card.
For some unknown number of weeks, Walmart service centers will not accept any debit cards. Corporate Finance department is running an “investigation”.
Jerry — Honestly I think it’s only a matter of time before Wal-Mart figures out a way to stop us from MSing using the OV cards. However, I’ve used two difference wal-mart money centers this week (including one yesterday) and had no problem. Is this something that just surfaced today?
It just happened this week. From what you wrote, I now have to wonder if it is only for the Dallas, Texas stores.
Did you try the kiosk as well? The kiosk at one walmart close to here just has a “Bluebird” icon that guides through the process (although from my experience I can only load 3 $500 cards across 2 BB accounts without an issue…. trying the 4th requires approval).
I think the problem occurs when you try to load $2,000 in a short period of time. After 10 minutes I think the limit is reset.
I never noticed a kiosk in the service center. I was told no debit cards here at all. I don’t use Bluebird. I have for years bought money orders for deposit with no problem. I pay bills online with my bank free bill pay service. My credit union offers same service.
To Everybody. I purchase One Vanilla in CVS and Metabank and US Bank loadable cards in grocery stores. All closer to me than Staples. I was told in my CVS that a man buys $5,000 of One Vanilla every week. I bought $3,000 earlier this week.
Yeah I expect it to take almost 1 year so I hope to earn a companion pass in 2015. Was wondering how else I could potentially get the other 50,000 pts in 2015
You can transfer points from hotel programs like Hyatt or Marriott to SWA and those would could. Transferring from Chase to SWA directly *would not* count. You have to earn 110,000 SWA points in 1 calendar year to qualify for the companion pass.
I just activated my Serve card and it states you are only allowed to add $1000/month by credit card. How do you take advantage of the $5000/month using your credit card?
You have to buy gift cards with your credit card and load them at Walmart.
Ok so let me get this straight I can load a serve card with my SWV. Are there any fees for doing this? Sorry if this is a redundant question.
No fees for using a credit card to load your Serve Card online.
Has anyone encountered the following error message when trying to add payee info? I received this message why trying to enter my Mortgage account info, wireless carrier, and utility company:
You have the following errors.Sorry,it looks like the account number you entered is incorrect(you may need to enter a 5 or 9 digit account numbers). Please try again.
I only pay my credit card companies through Bluebird/Serve, so I have never had that issue come up. Maybe you are missing a 0 in front of your account number? Try calling the company and asking what your account number is for each bill. Maybe someone else can help, but those are my suggestions.
Is it possible to buy VRs at CVS with a CVS gift card?
Probably not, I think VRCs are cash only now at CVS.
Grant – Can you apply for a Serve card while you have a Bluebird card? or you can have only have one and not both?
You can only have one or the other. You might want to get a Go Bank card since you can load that at Walmart as well. Check out this post: http://travelwithgrant.com/bluebird/go-bank-successful-experiments/
If Serve allows you to load $1,000 per month from a credit card, that’s a pretty big advantage over Blue Bird. Serve plus Amazon Payments would give you $2,000 of manufactured spend per month without even leaving your home.
Is it easy to convert a Blue Bird account to a Serve account? How would I go about doing that? Is there any reason why I should stick with BB over Serve?
The only reason I can think of to keep a Bluebird Card over switching to a Serve Card is that Bluebird has the ability to write checks for bill payment purposes. Serve does not have checks (yet). Read this post for more info on how to convert from Bluebird to Serve (read the comments too): http://travelwithgrant.com/amex-serve/convert-from-bluebird-to-amex-serve/
How does Amazon payments work?
MMS has a great article about Amazon Payments: http://millionmilesecrets.com/2011/07/07/fast-track-your-credit-card-sign-up-bonus-with-amazon-payments/
I’m in Michigan and a newbie….please forgive me if this strategy has been addressed (I’ve been reading threads on multiple sites). I’m in the process of opening a SunTrust Delta debit (unable to obtain a miles cc – divorce). Here is my strategy for MS:
1) Purchase AmEx GC’s via the Delta portal (eventually with ST debit), perhaps $1500 to start
2) Convert GCs to OneVanilla
3) Either cash out OV via everyday purchase with cash withdrawl at Kroger (grocery store) or attempt money order purchase at Walmart (no BB load)
Here are my questions:
1) What do you think of this strategy?
2) Should my AmEx GC have my name on it?
3) Can I get cash off my OV at the grocery store (have kids, there every other day, lol)?
4) I know this is a TOTAL stretch, could I purchase MORE AmEx GCs from the Delta site with the OV debit?? I mean, it is a debit and the cash is there?
All responses are greatly appreciated! I apologize if the answers are in other threads, I’m trying to catch on :)
Jen
Good evening Jen, thank you for the questions, let me see if I can answer everything for you. If your credit history is good, you can probably be approved for a good miles/points credit card. Use Credit Karma and Credit Sesame to estimate your FICO score (http://travelwithgrant.com/how-to-guides/credit-karma-credit-sesame/).
I believe if you have the Delta Sun Trust Debit Card, you can just take that card to Walmart and load funds to a Bluebird or Serve Card. Do you have either one of those? They don’t do a credit check, so anyone with an SSN will qualify. No need to go through several steps if all you need to do is use the Delta Sun Trust Debit Card at Walmart to load a Bluebird or Serve Card and then you can do a bill payment or bank transfer. That’s it. Hopefully that simplifies things, let me know if you have any other questions. Have a great weekend.
Unless meeting minimum spending to get new bonuses, I cannot see any reason to mess with gift cards, debit cards, money orders, Bluebird, Serve, etc. I pay bills using free bank pay. I write very few checks in a year. I would rather devote my spending to new bonuses. A few 2x, 5x points would take me a lifetime to redeem for anything. One exception would be to get grocery store fuel points.
How long do you keep records of everything?
I normally throw everything away once it’s loaded to BB but read somewhere that we should keep everything (packaging, receipts, card, etc) in case of an audit.
I think your credit card statements and monthly Bluebird/Serve statements (if you ever save them) should work. I keep the gift cards receipts until the gift cards are unloaded, then I throw the receipt away. I keep all the gift cards for a few months just in case.
Grant, how much is the limit of the One Vanilla gift cards that we can reload into our BlueBird account per day at Walmart store? do they have same limit as before when we load our VRC into BB account online ($1000/day and $5000/month)? Appreciate your answer, thank you.
Yes, it’s $1,000 per day for Bluebird and Serve in-store reloads.
I see. So for example if I want to load $1000 in the store, I hand out my BB card to Walmart cashier and tell him/her that I want to load $1000 into it with my debit card, and then click “OK” when the screen asking for confirmation if I want to load $1000 , then I can swipe two $500 OneVanilla cards in one transaction? I don’t have to tell them that I will be using two debit cards or make it 2 separate transactions?
Also, the $5000 reload limit/month will be reset on the beginning of every month, isn’t it?
It might be easier for the cashier if you do 2 separate $500 reloads. The monthly limit resets on the first of every month.
Thanks, I also think that would be easier for them.
Is it the same if I want to buy $1000 Money Order with OneVanilla? I tell them I want to buy $1000 Money Order and will pay with 2 separate debit cards? It cost 70 cents for one money order (or transaction?) and I heard that the limit is $2000 per one transaction or money order…so is that mean I can pay 70 cents only if I do two $1000 money order in one transaction?
Jerry is the expert at money orders, hopefully he can answer your question.
Ok thanks! Hopefully Jerry can enlighten me up!
Jerry, would you please help me with my questions above on money orders? Thanks in advance!
Alex W. I have explained about money orders in detail numerous times in these comments. If you need any answer I haven’t already covered, write again. What I don’t know is if the Walmart Finance Dept. fraud investigation has shut down buying MOs with prepaid debit cards everywhere or only in the Dallas, Texas area.
In Richmond, just today the POS terminals were rejecting one vanilla debit cards as credit cards. I regularly convert these to money orders at walmart, but tried two today and it would treat it as debit. Jerry, would love to stay in touch with what you are observing and hearing. Big deal if permanent, not so bad if temporary.
http://www.commercebank.com/personal/cards/gift/?rd=1
Has anyone ordered from here? I live in IL and this site allows you to put up to $1000 on each card. It has a $4.99 fee and shipping is $3/card so it’s ~$1 less than buying to OV cards,
According to their terms: Online sales and registration are limited to the following states: MO, KS, IL, OK, and CO.
The only think I would be worried about is a possible cash advance fee.
Thank you for the insight! I’ve applied for EVERY airline and points earning card. Denied for all; called the reconsideration lines. No go. Bad divorce :(
That’s why SunTrust Delta debit (1 mile/$) is my only option. I wanted to rack up miles on the Delta site buying AmEx GCs (3miles/$) with my SunTrust. Only concern, being able to get cash off those AmEx cards. Which is where the OV comes in and why I’m considering all the hassle I referenced in my prior question. ;p
Thanks for your patience as I figure this all out!!
I would be cautious doing that since most CVS stores will not let you buy a One Vanilla gift card with an AMEX/Visa/MasterCard gift card. You don’t want to be stuck holding a few thousand dollars in AMEX gift cards. You might want to look at getting a Target AMEX Prepaid Reloadable Debit Card. You can load it at Walmart with your Delta SunTrust Debit Card, earn Delta miles, then you can withdraw cash from ATMs or use the card to buy One Vanilla gift cards. It has your name on it, so you will not have any problem using it in-store. read this post: http://travelwithgrant.com/bluebird/bluebird-gift-cards-without-walmart/
Hi Grant,
I just went to Walmart this afternoon to load OV to my Bluebird and the customer line was very long, fortunately the money is working again. OMG it is so easy with the machine, I will buy more OV and load it tomorrow. To me beside to meet the minimum requirement, it is the best way to buy points/miles, only 1 cents for 1 miles/points. You also has money in hand before you have to pay back to credit card company.
Yes the machines are awesome. My local Walmart stores don’t have the machines unfortunately.
Just got back from Walmart and tried to load a $500 OV card to BB card, but could not do it. I went to the same Customer service person I always do, but when I swiped the card it was reading it like a credit card not a debit. There is only one Walmart in my town so I will try again this weekend. Is anyone else having this problem. The lady was very helpful and even tried running it on her side but it still would not work. She has done it many times for me in the past so I know she is familiar with the process.
Double check your Bluebird monthly reload limit. Are you at $5,000 this month? You might want to try again June 1.
Went into one with a machine that was broken today. At the register the woman kept saying it was coming up as a credit card even though I kept telling her debit. I used one yestersay at a different store and worked fine so I really dunno what the problem was. Anyone else ever have that happen?
Your story sounds just like Daniel’s. Hmm I don’t know. I loaded 5 $200 gift cards this morning to my Go Bank card and didn’t have any problems. Anyone else experience this?
My Walmart has new equipment that they say is supposed to recognize automatically if it is credit or debit. I had a problem with that the other day, and then she ran it again, and it worked fine. Not sure if it’s the same for you.
That hasn’t happened at my Walmart, but I will keep my eye out for that in case that does happen.
Daniel, Brad, and Danielle, same same thing just happened to me tonight in south Riverside County, CA. I bought one $500 Vanilla Gift Debit Visa 3 days ago and was able to load it onto my Bluebird at the Customer Service/Returns Desk. So I bought two more yesterday and when I tried to load them tonight, they kept swiping as credit instead of debit.
I just got off the phone with Vanilla Visa Customer Service. I explained my situation and she had no idea (I figured they wouldn’t but it was worth a shot). I’m going to try this next: buy something cheap like a pack of gum, tell the cashier I am using a Debit Card, swipe the card and hopefully be prompted to select a PIN which would then “convert” it into a debit. Thoughts?
So strange, I had no problem loading my Go Bank card at Walmart this morning. They might be updating the cash register software, I’ll see what I hear from others around the country.
Daniel wrote: ” I bought two with $500 each thinking I would load one today and one on the 1st.” It does not work like that. When you bought them, the clerk loaded your $500 at the same time.
I understand that I meant I would load $500 from the OV to the BB card at WM. I have already loaded $4500 this month so I can only load $500 more.
Yes please let us know. Can you use the OV at an ATM? I am at $4500 for this month so it should have worked. I bought two with $500 each thinking I would load one today and one on the 1st.
You cannot use the OVGCs at ATMs but you can get cash back if you buy groceries at a grocery store.
I just loaded OV 30 minutes ago with money machine at Walmart no problem, it took about one minute. Use same pin number 1234.
Thats good to hear, let’s try to keep all of the success/failure stories on this post for now: http://travelwithgrant.com/2014/05/30/rumor-walmart-updates-point-of-sale-pos-software-making-bluebird-serve-go-bank-reloads-difficult/
I have only ever bought money orders from the clerks in the Walmart Money Centers. The regular checkout cashiers don’t have the required training. Today (Friday), I wrote Walmart HQ to ask if the Finance Dept. would finish the fraud investigation and let debit cards be used again in my remaining life span. Puzzling. I never had them mistake a debit card for a credit card.
I bought two $200 vanilla cards and tried to reload my Bluebird account in Walmart today, but when I swiped the GC, it reads as credit instead of debit card. I even have the Walmart supervisor tried again in a couple registers and in the money center with the same result. The machine is broken so I cannot try it. Any advises? Thanks! Og I live in Marietta, Georgia btw.
You have to manually override the register by changing the payment method. Try pressing the red or yellow buttons or clicking the Change Payment option on the screen.
Pressing the red or yellow buttons doesn’t always work for me. I have two Walmarts near me. One has newer hardware, and it’s easy to change the payment method on the touchscreen. The other has older hardware, and you have to hit the physical red or yellow keys to change the payment type. I’ve had limited success in getting it to work on the older equipment. I can’t tell if it’s because you have to get the timing exactly right — don’t hit the button too quickly or too slowly — or because the CSR is doing something on her side to screw things up. If I’m limited to going to just the newer Walmart, that will make it a lot harder to MS.
I have the newer touchscreen POS systems at my local Walmart, so I have no first hand experience using the older systems.
The Walmart nearby me used to have the old machine but I did not have chance to use it since it was out of service for a while so I had to use Money Center but usually long line. Now they have the new machine it works wonderful with OV. I think about to try the US Bank gift card but I am worry since OV works fine for me.
Is anyone worry if you just go to the same CVS and buy gift card everyday or every week? There are two credit cards I like are: Southwest & US Bank Club Carlson. The reason is for SW it cost 1 cent per point but each point = 1.6 cents and if you make companion status 1 point= 3.2 cents. For Club Carlson, if you spend $10000 or 20 gift cards cost $99, you get 50K points enough for 2 nights in Paris (book one free night get one free), we did it last year in Paris. Now we try to build up for Radisson hotel in Sydney, Australia.
I agree with you, the SWA CC is great if you have the companion pass. I love the Club Carlson credit card too for the exact reason you said about. I wrote a post about $40 Radisson Blu stays, back when VRCs were still around and before the new 70,000 point Club Carlson hotel category was announced.
Anyway, just figure out which gift cards work best for you and stick with those. Everyone is different and every Walmart store is different.
