Lounge Club Announces 11 New Lounges (10 Airports) including GPS and ATL
Lounge Club is a company that owns/runs 350+ independent lounges around the world. They just sent out an email this morning about their new lounges that they are opening. I will be in the Galapagos in 2 weeks and will have to check out their new lounge at GPS. For those domestic fliers, the new ATL locations might be more convenient.

There’s nothing in the Baltra lounge besides chairs. It can get very crowded if the Xpedition/Lindblad boats are leaving at the same time. Drinks are only free if your tour is paying for it. A cold Pilsener is still worth paying for though. I miss those.
What boat are you going on? Or are you doing land day trips?
Good morning TJ, no big tour for us. Just spending a few days on Santa Cruz and Isabella. What do you recommend?
Hard to give recommendations, you’re at the whim of what day tours are available that day. Just know that you get what you pay for in the Galapagos.
You can see the spots I went to here:

Favorite land spots were Punta Suarez on Espanola, Urbina Bay on Isabela, Punta Cormorant on Floreana. Underwater favorites were snorkeling with penguins in James Bay off Santiago and swimming with sea lions off Champion Island.
