Grant Thomas created Travel with Grant in May 2013 with the mission to help families travel the world for as cheaply as possible while they relax and bond with each other. I have read hundreds of travel blogs and pulled together the collective knowledge of their thoughts and ideas. I added my interpretation and a few tricks to create added value to you, my valued readers. I am always looking for the next great travel deal and will share my findings here.

I love Segway Tours, in fact, I have done seven different Segway Tours:
- Philadelphia, PA
- Downtown Atlanta, GA
- Old Town Jacksonville, OR
- Gas Lamp District in San Diego, CA
- On the sand in Huntington Beach, CA
- National Landmarks in Washington D.C.
- Down Lombard Street in San Francisco, CA
- (Fun Fact: texting while driving a Segway is not allowed)
- I am going to Berlin, Vienna, and Rome in January 2014 and will try to add 1 or 2 more segway tours to my belt.

On my recent trip to Honolulu with my brother, we flew there in First Class for under $300 round trip. Free Mai Tai’s all the way…
We attempted to eat three giant pancakes at Mac 24/7 (and failed miserably)…
We ate some delicious pineapple ice cream at the Dole Pineapple Plantation…
We visited the USS Arizona at the Pearl Harbor Memorial…
And we got lost hiking in the forest. (Someone should really put up a sign or something.)
I went on a walking Ghost Tour in Downtown Albuquerque and they gave me this Ghostbuster-looking button.
And I went hang gliding above the Albuquerque dessert (thank you Groupon).
On a recent trip to Europe (specifically Netherlands, Germany, France, and Belgium), my friend shot down the Eiffel Tower…
I had a Nutella and pear crepes near the Moulin Rouge in Paris…
And drank a few pints of beer at Hofbraeuhaus in Munich, Germany.
I almost won the NCAA College Football’s Coaches Trophy while visiting the Waterford Crystal Factory in Ireland.
But when I am not travelling (those are the toughest days), I enjoy catching catfish in Eatonton, Georgia…
Going to Cal State Fullerton baseball games (or any college baseball game for that matter)… 
Or working on cartoony HEYE Puzzles with my dad.
