American Express and Hilton HHonors Rewarding Getaways Promotion – Earn up to 18 HH Points/$ through February 28, 2014
I recently upgraded my American Express Hilton HHonors Credit Card to the American Express Hilton HHonors Surpass Credit Card (post) and saw this promo in my American Express account. You need to have the basic Hilton HHonors credit card or the Hilton HHonors Surpass credit card from American Express to be eligible for this promotion.
From now through February 28, 2014, you will earn 6 bonus Hilton HHonors Points/$ at select Hilton hotel and resort reservations (complete list). Without the promo, the Surpass HH card earns 12 HH Points/$ and the basic HH card earns 7 HH Points/$.

If you have an eligible Hilton HHonors credit card from American Express, you should be eligible for this promotion. Just check the box next to your credit card and click Enroll.
Enrollment is complete. Now use your Hilton HHonors credit card to pay for your Hilton hotel and resort stays before February 28, 2014.
