First Tweets from Travel Bloggers (or Anyone Else) #fillerpost
To celebrate Twitter’s 8th birthday, they created a tool that will let you view the first tweet of any twitter account. Just click here and enter anyone’s twitter name.
Here is my first tweet. Not too exciting unfortunately. This was actually automatically posted from my WordPress account, so I didn’t even send out my own first tweet. #ironic
Here a few other travel bloggers’ first tweets:

P.S. now time to get to the real travel news…
My first:
“Get your FICO TU 2008 score for free each month if you have a walmart credit card. Find out how: http://t.co/I2k8hkreOF“
Nice, you had a good first tweet, much better than mine :/
Probably better to be judged on your last tweet than your first, Grant! Also, you need to come over and guest post for us one day. Hit me up.
Sure thing, send me an email and I can write up something for you.
Thanks for the memory! This was during the BKK airport shutdown and the passenger was ticketed on an award whose return started in BKK but they were in Nepal. Flights were generally sold out, without the daily TG 777 operating. It was days before I could get them to HKG, for instance. And they couldn’t do domestic-domestic India connections which were available, without a visa… Wound up refunding their TG ticket and using the cash for a business class Indian Airlines-Singapore ticket, India transit enroute to Singapore, and got the award ticket changed to begin at SIN. A *ton* of extra flying for her to get home, but home she got, and fortunately it was an F award…
Wow crazy story, I’m glad you were able to help her out and I’m sure she really appreciated the above and beyond customer service. PS it is an honor to have you comment on TWG. Have a great weekend Gary and cya at FTU SEA.
