Hopefully you haven’t had breakfast yet… To celebrate IHOP’s 56th birthday, they are offering 56 cent short stacks of pancakes. Today only from 7am-7pm. Restaurant Finder.
Two new AMEX Offers for You worth mentioning. You may also have a Costco and Amazon.com offer. Remember, these are targeted, so you may or may not see these offers in your AMEX accounts.
Staples is up to their old tricks with 1 cent paper after a $3.80 Easy Rebate and a $3.98 coupon. Just print this coupon out and take it with you in-store or tell the cashier the coupon code of 63999.
Lastly, I got this email a few days ago. Does anyone have any idea what I should do with 2,000 Aegean miles? Can I convert these miles to something useful? Any ideas would be helpful.

Do the free 2,000 miles count toward the necessary 4,000 miles for Star Alliance Gold?
It is 4,000 for star alliance SILVER. And yes the 2,000 miles should count.
Ok, that’s what I thought. Is it 16,000 for Star Alliance Gold? Any perks for Star Alliance Silver?
Some airlines in the alliance may offer additional benefits, but I believe the only benefits guaranteed across star alliance are priority reservation waitlisting and priority standby. And I believe it is 20,000 for *gold (16,000 more than silver). And be careful, because most discount fares on United or Air Canada earn 50% of miles flown (or less) when credited to Aegean.
I see, hmm. After you get Star Silver or Star Gold, any use for the Aegean miles?
Don’t forget Chick-Fil-A Cow Appreciation Day on Friday – dress up like a cow get a free meal :-P
What constitutes “dressing up like a cow”? I have a chick fil a close to work. Free large drink for Panasonic employees :)
It usually entails cutting out black circles from paper and taping them on a white shirt, and they have a whole kit you can download and print up and cut out on their website.
Haha I think I’ll pass. Sounds fun for kids tho.
Also sounds like hours of waiting in line. It’s amazing what people will do for free stuff. ;)
People love waiting in lines to get free stuff or be the first ones inside.
