Driving Up to the Bay Area and Listening to Serial Podcast

Good evening everyone, after a 6 hour drive from Irvine to Walnut Creek, I have finally settled in to my new room.  My dad drove up with me and I bought him a Southwest Airlines ticket home from Oakland to Orange County (OAK-SNA) #bestdadever.  As we drove, we listened to the Serial Podcast, described on their website as:

Serial is a new podcast from the creators of This American Life, hosted by Sarah Koenig. Serial will follow one story – a true story – over the course of a whole season. We’ll follow the plot and characters wherever they take us and we won’t know what happens at the end of the story until we get there, not long before you get there with us. Each week we’ll bring you the latest chapter, so it’s important to listen in order, starting with Episode 1.

If you like murder mysteries and excellent investigative journalism, you might like this podcast.  If you have an iPhone, iPod, iPad, or iTunes, you can subscribe to the podcast for free, which is a weekly audio program that automatically downloads the latest episode straight to your device.  You can subscribe here.  The episodes come out every Thursday and I have a few more episodes to go until I am all caught up.   Continue reading
