Good morning everyone, it has been a while since I last mentioned the Chime Card. If you are unfamiliar with the Chime Card, please read this post. Chime recently added a few new offers onto their cards, such as Panera Bread, Subway, Taco Bell, and Burger King. None of these offers are particularly awesome, but if you were planning on spending money at any of these stores or restaurants, the Chime Card can save you a few bucks.
In other news, Chime also added the ability to send checks / pay bills from your account. When I spoke with the co-founder of Chime a few weeks ago, he said the check writing feature was one of the first major improvements coming to Chime. I look forward to seeing what new feature comes next. As for the Chime Checkbook feature, it seems very simple and straightforward. Enter an amount, an address, and Chime will mail a check on your behalf. Doctor of Credit has a more extensive post on the Chime Checkbook here.
If you have any questions, please leave a comment below. Have a great day everyone!
Grant, are you aware that Bed, Bath, and Beyond sells gift cards? The location by me has a full gift card rack by the exit door that include Visa gift cards, Google Play, and lots of restaurants.
Hmm you got my attention now. $500 Visa GCs?
Not sure about the Visa GC amounts, since they did not interest me. I follow you to learn about cash back offers, not MS. I always check to see if the businesses that have Chime offers have GC racks in the store. I was happy to find out that Bed, Bath, and Beyond does.
I’ve bought GCs at BBB before during another Chime / AMEX Offer, but it was a few months ago and I cannot remember which GCs are in stock.
