Updated 12/18 at 8am PT: Reposting this if you need gift ideas for the travelers in your life. Most items are shipped by Amazon Prime, so you should get everything before Christmas. Thank you and happy holidays.

Not a day goes by when I don’t receive questions about my travels. What products do I use? What travel gear I own and how I stay so healthy logging all those miles each year? Last year, I put a list together and people have requested I do it again this year, so here it is. I’ve made some changes! I hope you’ll find it useful for giving gifts or receiving gifts! If you have any questions, be sure to let me know.

1. Q-Link Pendant: $39.95

Maybe you’ve never heard of Q-Link. But I’m certain you’ve become aware of how electromagnetic fields affect our health and well-being. I’ve actually been wearing a Q-Link for twenty years already and never travel without it. You’ve probably seen it around my neck and never knew what it was. The pendant helps your human energy field function more efficiently, strengthening its resilience and resistance to the effects of stress. Get it on Amazon.

2. Bose QuietComfort Noise Cancelling Headphones: $174.99

Do you travel? Silly question, right? Do you enjoy listening to music or audiobooks in public places? I’d answer yes to both these questions. I travel a lot. Last year alone almost 100,000 miles by air! And frankly, I don’t at all understand people who spend time on planes or in other noisy environments without these Bose headphones. Many years ago I was in an accident and since then my hearing has been somewhat diminished. So I protect my hearing at all costs. The sound quality of this model is excellent and the noise canceling feature is the best! I’ve been using noise canceling headphones since 2009 and this is my number one choice. This is the model I use.

3. Instant Pot Pressure Cooker: $82.49

Sure we travel. But we do have a home life too! As someone who cooks 90% of her meals at home, how can I not recommend this pot? Many of you email thanking me for recommending this pot. I’m so glad you enjoy using it. The Instant Pot is an electric pressure cooker that also turns into a slow cooker, rice cooker, steamer, skillet, and more. And you’ll love that you can “set-and-forget” it. You don’t have to worry about the pressure cooker overcooking everything. Just press a button, and you’re done! Get it on Amazon.

4. Extra Virgin Coconut Oil: $9.95

I keep this coconut oil on hand and use it every day. I cook with it, put it in smoothies, use it as a moisturizer, and enjoy oil pulling with it. I also drizzle it over vegetables! I guess I like anything and everything coconut! This is the coconut oil I use.

You’ve heard me talk about Yoga Toes many times before. Gosh, did I actually start using them 10 years ago?? They come with me on every trip and I pull them out regularly when I’m home, relaxing on the couch. If you’ve never given them a try, now’s the time. And if you know anyone who complains about foot pain or tired feet, these make a great gift. Your feet will love you for it! Order from Amazon.

9. Refined Sesame Oil: $13.24

Do you know about putting oil on the soles of your feet? There are many benefits and in this case, with sesame oil, it’s very healing and calming. Having any trouble sleeping or quieting your mind before bedtime? Especially when you’re traveling and crossing time zones, calming your mind is even more challenging. Try this! I’ve been putting this oil on my feet each night before bedtime since 2007 and I love it. Let me know how it works for you! Available on Amazon.

10. Jolt Portable USB Power Pack with Built in Charger & Cables: $34.99

This last product was highly recommended by Grant, he just bought 2 of these a few weeks ago and loves them.  No matter where we are or where we go, our smartphone is always by our side.  You will never run out of battery when you carry this portable USB power bank.  It has a built in charger so you can charge the USB power bank anywhere and it has 2 built in cables (Lightning Cable for iPhones and a Micro USB Cable for Android phones) so you don’t need to remember to bring cables either.  Depending on your phone, you can easily get 2-3 full phone charges with this USB power bank.  Lastly, it fits nicely in your pocket, backpack or purse.  This is great for anyone who is constantly on their phone and doesn’t want to run out of battery. Available on Amazon.

You’ve done a number of posts that are coffee related on the blog. Can you recommend any exotic coffees from your travels that you can order online to ship to the US? Looking to make some coffee related gifts.

HI TimmyD, Taking shipping into consideration, and wanting to do something a little out of the box, here’s what I’d suggest. There’s a coffee subscription site called www. sharedcoffeeroasters.com One of my coffee post readers uses it and recommends it, and it looks interesting to me. I like their site and the offerings. You’d customize which coffees to send as gifts and for how many months. I think these sorts of services and the assortment of fresh roasted coffees they offer make for great gifts. Hope this helps and let me know if you try it. Thanks for reading and have a great weekend!
