Laura and I were walking around Costco yesterday and we saw this deal right by the entrance: $500 Alaska Airlines gift cards for $449.99 (10% off). I can always use more Alaska Airlines gift cards / travel funds, so I purchased 1 pack. I checked online to see if anyone else saw this deal and came across this SlickDeals post. Based on the comments so far, these gift cards are available at select Costco warehouses, but none near Seattle. Keep reading to find out if this item is available in your local Costco warehouse.

As I mentioned earlier, not all Costco warehouses carry this item. To check if your local store does, open the Costco app, click on the Warehouse tab on the bottom, and search for item number 1888636. If it is available at your local store, you can click on the item and then you can click on the Find Nearby button to see other stores.

To load your Alaska Airlines gift cards to your Alaska Wallet Funds, sign into your account, go to the Gift of Travel page, and then click the Deposit button.
Enter the 16 character gift card code, then the 6 digit PIN code, and then click the Deposit Certificate button.
Congrats, you now have $100 in your Alaska Wallet Funds. You can repeat the process by clicking the View or Deposit a Certificate link.
After you do those steps 5 times, you will have $500 in Alaska Wallet Funds. Time to book your flight!

Hi Alvin, you can use these to book any paid flight through the Alaska Airlines website and app. You can’t use the travel funds to pay for taxes/fees on award tickets or for seat upgrades.
