During my March App-O-Rama, I was approved for the Barclays Arrival Plus Credit Card that offered 50,000 Barclays Arrival Points after spending $3,000 in 3 months. After meeting the minimum spending requirement and receiving the sign up bonus, I wanted to redeem my Barclays Arrival Points for travel statement credits. In this post, I will show you how to redeem Barclays Arrival Points for travel statement credits. First things first, log into your Barclays online account and go to your Barclays Arrival Plus Credit Card. Then click the Rewards & Benefits Center button to start redeeming your Barclays Arrival Points.
To view your recent Barclays Arrival Point earning and redemption activity, click the View my Rewards Activity link.
Under the Rewards Earning History tab, you can view your Barclays Arrival Point earning transactions.
Under the Rewards Redemption History tab, you can view your Barclays Arrival Point redemption transactions. If this is your first time redeeming Barclays Arrival Points, there will be no transactions shown here.
Go back to the Rewards & Benefits Center and click the Start Using my Miles button.
Click the first redemption offer – Travel Statement Credits – and click the Redeem Now button.
On this screen, you will see all your eligible travel purchases. All travel purchases must be $100 or more and have been made in the last 120 days. All other non-qualifying purchases will not be shown on this screen. My 3 Southwest Airlines tickets and a hotel reservation are all eligible for travel statement credits.
I clicked the Redeem Now link next to my $100 Southwest Airlines ticket to redeem 10,000 Barclays Arrival Points.
Confirm the number of Barclays Arrival Points you want to redeem and click the Confirm button.
Congratulations, you just redeemed your Barclays Arrival Points for a travel statement credit. As a bonus, you will get 5% of your Barclays Arrival Points rebated back into your account. For example, if you redeem 10,000 Barclays Arrival Points, you will receive 500 Barclays Arrival Points back as a rebate. The rebated Barclays Arrival Points are instantly deposited into your account and ready to be spent.
If you go back into your account and view your Rewards Redemption History tab, you will see your Barclays Arrival Point redemption.
You will also get a Rewards Redemption Confirmation email from Barclays.
A few days later, the travel statement credit will post to your account.
Last but not least, if you want to view your Barclays Arrival Points 5% rebate, click on the Rewards Earning History tab.

I have around $600 worth of points and recently made a single purchase for $900. Is it possible to remove $600 of my ticket now and remaining $300 of the ticket later when I have enough points but before 120 days of the transaction?
Yes, I believe that is correct, but I have not tried that myself. Does someone with more Barclays Arrival Point redemption experience know the answer?
Looks like one can redeem against a transaction only one time.

Please note, only qualifying travel transactions made in the last 120 days will display, and you may only redeem against a transaction one time.
How easy it is to churn this card? I have around 7320 miles and am wondering if I should redeem for statement credit at $36 and close the card so I can open another one? Don’t see a reason to pay the annual fee unless I missed something?
