Good afternoon everyone.  I just received a notification in my Caesars Rewards app that said “Match Your Status & Earn Reward Credits” with National Car Rental.  I clicked the Learn More button to learn more about the National Car Rental status match.  In addition to a status match, you can also “Earn Reward Credits for Qualifying Car Rentals” because “Caesars Rewards members earn 1 Reward Credit for every $1 they spend on Qualifying rental cars.”  I went through the status match enrollment process and here is the process.

If you are a Caesars Rewards Platinum or Caesars Rewards Diamond elite member, you are eligible for this status match.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Match My Status that corresponds with your current Caesars Rewards elite status.  You will not get the status match right away, “Qualifying accounts will be upgraded within 2 weeks from the time of the request.”

On the National Car Rental status match page, you will need to scroll to the bottom of the page to enroll in the status match.  “As a Caesars Rewards Diamond and Seven Stars member, you can enjoy the benefits of the highest level of Emerald Club membership – Executive Elite. This tier is usually obtained with 25+ rentals in a year, but as a valued client, you can enroll directly into the Executive Elite tier.”

Click the green Enroll Now button and sign into your National Car Rental account to complete the rest of the process.

Here is the landing page for the status match.  Click the sign in link and then sign into your account.

You will then see an Update Account Number page.  Click the Update button.  You will then be brought to your Profile page.  I have repeated this process a few times, but there doesn’t seem to be a “Congratulations, thank you for your status match request” confirmation page, so I just have to hope that the multiple attempts will work.  Earlier in the process, it said the status will be updated within 2 weeks, so I guess I will find out if it worked properly in 2 weeks from now.

I did get a confirmation email about my profile being updated, so maybe that is the confirmation email for the status match.
