Good afternoon everyone, I hope you had a great Father’s Day Weekend. 3 weeks ago, my wife and I decided to book a last minute trip to Europe this summer with stops in Prague (PRG), Copenhagen (CPH), and Amsterdam (AMS).  I am also a big fan of Viator, so I was researching some activities and food walking tours for our trip.  I then remembered that I saw a few Viator Citi Merchant Offers recently, so I enrolled my eligible Citi credit cards in the offers and made my Viator purchases.  In this post, I will show you how to enroll / activate your Viator offers and show how quickly the statement credit posts.

I checked all 6 of my Citi credit cards and found 2 different versions of the Viator Citi Merchant Offers: $20 Off $150 and $35 Off $300.  These offers do not appear on the same credit cards and you must make a single purchase to trigger the offers.

As far as I can tell, there is no directly link from your Citi online account to Citi Merchant Offers.  I tried all the links under the Rewards & Offers tab, but nothing took me to Citi Merchant Offers.

Clicking on Citi Offers was a deadend.

Here is the direct link to the Citi Merchant Offers page.  You will need to sign into your Citi account to view the personalized / targeted offers. I will show you the steps to enroll / activate the Viator offer for my Citi Custom Cash Credit Card.  If you are targeted for the offer, you should see it in the Featured section or under the Travel section.  Then click the See Details link.

You can see the offer details, the expiration date, and all the small print.  Click the Enroll button and then you will see a message that says “Offer Successfully Enrolled!”

Back at the Citi Merchant Offers page, you will see the offer now shows Enrolled.  If you do not see it on this page, click the Enrolled tab in the center of the page.

Luckily for you, Viator has increased cash back rates.  Cash Back Monitor shows Rakuten is offering 10% cash back / 10x AMEX MR points on Viator, along with other increase cash back rates across other online shopping portals.

I made my Viator purchase last Friday and both the transaction and Citi Merchant Offer statement credit already posted.  That was quick!
