Good afternoon everyone, happy Friday!  Doctor of Credit is reporting that some members who have a Bank of America Better Balance Rewards Credit Card are seeing a targeted offer for a $200 bonus after spending $1,000 in 4 months once their card converts to the Bank of America Unlimited Cash Rewards Credit Card.  I currently have 2 BBR CCs and saw this offer when I signed into my Bank of America app this morning.  I took screenshots to remind myself of this promo since I haven’t received an email about this offer or see it mentioned anywhere else in the app.  If you have a BBR, sign into the app and see if you are targeted for this bonus.

I have quite a few Bank of America products (personal checking account, 3 personal credit cards, and 4 business credit cards).  The $200 bonus was tied to my BBR CC that ended in 64.

Looking at that account, I do not see any mention of the $200 bonus, but I do see the Cash Rewards & Benefits section – which is new.

When I clicked on the View/Redeem button, I see that the new credit card earns 1.5% cash back and you can redeem cash back for any amount in the form of a direct deposit, statement credit, or credit to a Merrill account.

I expect to receive my 2 new Bank of America Unlimited Cash Rewards Credit Cards in the coming weeks and I hope Bank of America will send out emails to the members who are targeted for this $200 bonus.  In case you are wondering, my first BBR (Visa) was opened in March 2015 and my second BBR (MC) was opened in March 2017.  If you have any questions about this targeted offer, please leave a comment below.  Have a great weekend everyone!
