Happy Labor Day everyone! Greetings from the uncrowded Las Vegas Centurion lounge. I have 2 exciting new meetups to share. The first is the official SF Travel Hackers Meetup group. This month’s discuss will center on “a range of more beginner topics – with the aim of getting you to jump in and make your first booking, now that you have a lot of frequent flyer miles. Our speaker will cover how to choose a destination, and how to use a variety of programs to make a great trip. The focus is putting your miles into action! We’ll also be talking about staying fit abroad and how to manage jet lag and dehydration on your journey.”
- Where: San Francisco, California (Meetup Event)
- When: Thursday, September 10 @ 6PM
The second event is the inaugural meetup for the Front Range Travel Hackers, for travel hackers based in Denver/Boulder area. My friend Nigel who has guest posted a few times (and promised to guest post a few more…) and my other friend Bill have created a travel hacker meetup group. I promised to be there at the inaugural meetup group and am proud to announce a date/time/location have been finalized.
- Where: Flatirons Crossing Mall, Lafayette, Colorado (Meetup Event)
- When: Saturday, September 12 @ 6PM
There is no need to RSVP to me, but I would RSVP on the meetup page if you are interested in attending. I look forward to seeing a few familiar and a few new faces. If you have any questions, please leave a comment below. Have a great Labor Day everyone!
