Good afternoon everyone, happy Friday!  I was working on my Buy Miles & Points Page and found 5 offers that end this month.  Always check the math to make sure that buying miles & points makes sense for you.  Do not buy miles & points speculatively unless you have a use in mind.  With that said, here are 5 offers that end soon.

Up first, Southwest Airlines is offering up to a 50% discount, depending on the number of Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards Points you purchase.   This offer expires today – February 23.

Here are the complete terms & conditions of the Southwest Airlines promo:

Offer is valid between January 8, 2024 12:00:01 a.m. CT and February 23, 2024 11:59:59 p.m. CT. Rapid Rewards® Member will receive a 50% discount on points when they purchase a minimum of 3,000 Rapid Rewards® points within a single purchase. Gifted and transferred point transactions are not included in this offer. A valid credit card is required to purchase points. A minimum 3,000 points-purchase threshold must be met on a per-transaction basis in order to qualify for the discount. Points can be purchased in blocks of 1,000 and a daily maximum of 60,000 points can be purchased by a Member with no annual maximum. Transactions are nonrefundable and nonreversible. Purchased points do not count towards A-List, A-List Preferred, or Companion Pass® qualification. Prices are in U.S. dollars and include all applicable taxes. Prices for the purchase of points are only valid while a Member is currently logged in to Southwest.com® or when points are purchased by phone, in the process of booking a flight, and such prices are subject to change.     • Bonus miles count toward the 200,000-mile annual limit per account.

Up next, Etihad is offering up to a 30% bonus, depending on the number of Etihad Guest Miles you purchase. This offer expires on February 26.

The Promotion provides an Eligible Member with the opportunity to avail Bonus of up to 30% on the published rate to Buy miles (the “Bonus”) when purchasing Etihad Guest Miles during the Promotion Period from 00.01 GST on 16 February 2024 to 23.59 GST on 25 February 2024. The Bonus an Eligible Member can avail will be based upon the number of Etihad Guest Miles purchased (“Offer”). This Offer is available only for transactions made to Buy Miles Etihadguest.com via the Points Platform, Etihad Guest Contact Centres and cannot be applied in combination with another offer that may be available on the Buy Miles product. Etihad Guest Miles bought through this Offer will count towards the combined maximum limit that a member can purchase for self in a calendar year.

The currency is displayed based on the members country of residence assigned in the Etihad Guest profile.

Miles may be purchased for $0.02 USD per mile. Additional GST/HST will be charged to Canadian residents. The Maximum miles that a member can purchase in a calendar year will be based on their Membership Tier at the time of making a purchase. For Platinum members the maximum will be 150,000, and for Bronze, Silver and Gold Tier members the maximum will be 100,000 Etihad Guest Miles. Purchased miles are not refundable and are applicable towards all Etihad Guest awards. Miles purchased using this option will post instantly, in some cases it can take up to 72 hours until the miles are credited. Purchased miles do not count towards status upgrades. All standard Etihad Guest program rules and conditions apply.

Up next, Alaska Airlines is offering up to a 60% bonus, depending on the number of Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan Miles you purchase.  This offer expires on February 29.

Here are the complete terms & conditions of the Alaska Airlines promo:

    • Transactions must be completed between 6:00 AM PT January 18, 2024 and 11:59 PM PT February 29, 2024 to be eligible for bonus miles.
    • Miles are purchased from Points.com Inc. for a cost of $27.50 per 1,000 miles, plus GST/HST for Canadian residents and QST for Quebec residents.
    • Miles are non-refundable and do not count toward MVP and MVP/Gold status.
    • You may purchase and gift Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan miles in increments of 1,000 miles up to 60,000 miles, and in increments of 5,000 miles up to a maximum of 100,000 miles per transaction.
    • MVP, MVP Gold, MVP Gold 75K and MVP Gold 100K Mileage Plan member (Elite Member) accounts have no annual limit on the number of miles which may be purchased or gifted through Points.com. If you are not an Elite Member, your account may only be credited up to a maximum total of 150,000 miles acquired through Points.com in a calendar year, whether purchased by you or gifted to you. Bonus miles do not count toward the maximum total of 150,000 miles.
    • Offer is subject to change and all terms and conditions of the Mileage Plan Program apply.
    • Points.com Inc. is collecting Federal Excise Tax on behalf of Alaska Airlines Inc.
    • Alaska Airlines Inc. has the obligation to collect Federal Excise Tax and remit the tax to the appropriate government agency.

Lastly, Air France / KLM is offering up to a 50% discount, depending on the number of Air France / KLM Flying Blue Miles you purchase.  This offer expires on February 29.

Here are the complete terms & conditions of the Air France / KLM promo:

During the promotional period, Elite members can buy a maximum of 300,000 Miles, while Explorer members can buy a maximum of 100,000 Miles.
Discount offer will be awarded on transactions made between 6 and 29 February 2024, 2359 CET +1.
Miles are sold in units of 2,000 Miles up to 100,000 Miles, and in units of 25,000 from 100,000 to 300,000 Miles. Elite members may purchase an unlimited number of Miles, while Explorer members may only purchase or receive up to 100,000 Miles in any calendar year, unless a promotion is active in which case it is possible to either purchase or receive Bonus Miles on top of the 100,000 Miles.
Always inquire/research whether buying and using Miles is the most beneficial for your desired reward.

Miles are sold to you by Points.com Inc.(“Points.com”) Miles will be deposited into your account within 72 hours of purchase. You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days as provided in the Buy and Gift Miles Program Terms and Conditions.   • JetBlue: Buy JetBlue TrueBlue Points today with up to a 90% bonus. Offer expires March 31, 2024.
