(Hat Tip to Doctor of Credit)
Good morning everyone, I hope you all had a great weekend. Last week, I wrote Poll: Is Evolve Money Dead? 3% Fee for Gift Card Payments Next Week. But according to Doctor of Credit’s post, Evolve Money is allowing certain credit cards to be added as a debit card and used to pay bills. I added a few credit cards to my account and here are my successes and failures. Only my US Bank Club Carlson Business Credit Card worked, but apparently Barclays Arrival Plus is working as well.
One of the cool things about Evolve Money (not many things left) is that you can schedule payments for the future. Since I already maxed out my bill payments for this month, I scheduled a payment to charge my card on March 2 and then I added another charge to go through on April 1 (both weekdays). It is yet to be seen whether Evolve Money will process these payments and if there will be a 3% fee.
No one knows at this point, so proceed with caution. You may be charged a cash advance fee (make your payment more than your cash advance limit or use a credit card with a $0 cash advance limit). You may be charged a 3% fee (which is $29.97 for a $999 payment). If you are comfortable taking the risks, you might want to “lock in” your scheduled payments before Evolve Money disables this feature.
If you have any questions, please leave a comment below. Have a great day everyone!

Will you please post after 3/2 if your scheduled payment incurs any fees.
Yes, I will let you know what happens.

hello, I found your website and was hoping to apply for a loan or payday cash or open a line of credit with Evolve. Could you please help me find the link for any of these with Evolve? Thank you
Sincerely,
Jennifer Clark
I don’t think you want Evolve Money, there is probably a different company.
