Good morning everyone, this is just a quick update. After visiting Lowe’s and FedEx Office on Monday to partake in the recent round of AMEX Offers, all the statement credits posted on Tuesday. I am very impressed with the speed of the entire process. Good job AMEX!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day Amazon eGift Card Treasure Hunt
Good morning and happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone! To celebrate, I wanted to have a small treasure hunt / scavenger hunt today. Instead of hiding $5 Amazon eGift Cards around my blog, I wanted to post the gift card codes on my social media feeds. From 7am to 4pm PST, I will post 4 $5 Amazon eGift Cards to my Twitter account and 4 $5 Amazon eGift Cards to my Facebook page.
Today would be a good day to follow me on Facebook and Twitter (@travelwithgrant).
Once my tweets and Facebook updates go out, there will be a link to redeem the Amazon eGift Card. First come, first serve. Please try to limit yourself to only 1 Amazon eGift Card per person and leave a reply/comment if you are the winner. Thank you and good luck everyone!
Minor Updates: Staples Visa GC Rebate, Amazon GCs at Lowe’s, and Tape at FedEx Office
Good afternoon everyone, this is an update to a few of my recent posts. Yesterday, Staples ran an Easy Rebate on Visa Gift Cards (purchase $250 or more in Visa Gift Cards and receive a $20 Visa Gift Card as a rebate). I called around to a few local Staples stores and only one had a few $200 VGCs in stock. I told the cashier to hold 2 cards for me and I quickly drove over. After talking to the cashier, he mentioned that they should receive a new shipment of gift cards that evening. If I wanted more, I should call back tonight or tomorrow morning to see if the gift cards arrive. If you have not picked up your VGCs, I would call around to see if your local Staples stores have any VGCs available or when a new shipment of VGCs should arrive.
Citi Double Cash Earning Structure and Cash Back Redemption Offers
Good morning everyone, I just wanted to share my experience and findings using the new Citi Double Cash Credit Card. I recently converted my Citi Dividend Credit Card to the Citi Double Cash Credit Card since the upcoming categories did not interest me. My first statement just closed and I learned some interesting things about my Citi Double Cash Credit Card.
First of all, this is what the front and back of the credit card looks like. The card has no raised/embossed numbers or letters. The card has EMV Chip and Signature but it does charge a 3% foreign transaction fee for all international purchases. If you pay a 3% fee but only get 2% cash back, you are losing. Never take this credit card out of the country.
