I was reading Frequent Miler’s post about Amex Business Platinum benefits scheduled to end 12/31/24 and learned that the $360 Indeed Benefit from the American Express Business Platinum Card could be used toward Indeed Career Services, not just for employers looking to hire new employees. Thanks to bullmeister in the FM comments for the heads up. I went down the rabbit hole and learned that Indeed has several career services, such as Resume Help, Career Coaching, Pay Negotiation & Interview Prep that range in price from $35 to $95. Theoretically, you could pay for 2 services ($35 + $55 = $90) to use up the $90 quarterly credit. I’m happily employed and not looking to switch careers anytime soon, but these services (free after using the Indeed Credit) could be useful for others. Read on to learn more.
To get started, you will need to sign into your American Express online account, go to the Indeed Benefit, and enroll in the Business Platinum Indeed Benefit.
