Good morning everyone, I hope you all had a great weekend. 2 weeks ago, I called Citi to convert 1 of my 3 Citi AT&T Access More Credit Cards into a Citi Custom Cash Credit Card. I will talk more about the conversion process, the prorated annual fee refund, my 61,607 expiring ThankYou Point scare, and how to unlink the closed credit card from your Citi online account (click here to read My Experience Product Changing / Converting / Downgrading to the Citi Custom Cash Credit Card). In this post, I wanted to share images of the Citi Custom Cash and scanned images of my welcome letter, directory of services booklet, and terms and conditions booklets.
Here is the front and back of the Citi Custom Cash. It is very simple and clean.
I just realized that the Citi Custom Cash looks like a new paint job on top of the Citi Double Cash.
Moving on, here is the welcome letter that came with the Citi Custom Cash. Activating the card online was easy and I added the card to my ApplePay Wallet.
Here is the directory of services booklet for the Citi Custom Cash that covers all the ways to use your card, earn points, and redeem points.
Lastly, here is the Citi ThankYou Rewards Terms and Conditions booklet for the Citi Custom Cash. Images 4 and 5 have lots of details about the specific categories and which types of purchases/merchants count toward each category.

P.S. If you liked this post, I recommend reading my other credit card unboxing posts (sorted by date):
This is a joke right? Unboxing a letter from Citibank? Slow news day? :-)
Haha, no, not a joke. It might come in handy for someone who wants to learn more about the Citi Custom Cash. The post I am working on later today should be more helpful :)
