6 Buy Miles / Points Promos Ending Soon: Hawaiian (100%), United (100%), Alaska (60%), Etihad (60%), American (35%) & Hyatt (30%)

Good afternoon everyone, happy Friday!  I was working on my Buy Miles & Points Page and found 6 offers that end this month.  Always check the math to make sure that buying miles & points makes sense for you.  Do not buy miles & points speculatively unless you have a use in mind.  With that said, here are 6 offers that end soon.  Up first, Hawaiian Airlines is offering up to a 100% bonus, depending on the number of Hawaiian Airlines Miles you purchase.   This offer expires on October 24.

AMEX Chat Reps Cannot 100% Confirm Eligibility for New Credit Card Sign Up Bonus

Good afternoon everyone, I hope you had a great weekend.  A few weeks ago, I was planning on applying for the American Express Marriott Bonvoy Business Credit Card.  As of October 18, the current sign up bonus is 125,000 Marriott Bonvoy Points plus 2 Free Night Certificates (up to 50K Points / Night) after spending $5,000 in 3 months.  I have never had this specific credit card before, so now seemed like a great time to pick up this credit card with an increased sign up bonus.  Before I applied, I reached out to American Express via their online AMEX Chat feature to see if I was eligible.  I will explain more below, but long story short, the AMEX Chat rep said I was eligible, but the AMEX popup said I was not eligible.

Last Day to Register for FTU Virtual Seminar on Saturday, October 2 ($25) or Free with Online Annual Membership

Good afternoon everyone, happy Friday!  If you have no plans tomorrow, Saturday, October 2, I highly recommend attending the FTU Virtual Seminar (tickets available for $25) or free if you have the FTU Online Annual Membership.  The seminar starts on Saturday, October 2 at 8am PT / 11am ET.  I have attended all of the FTU Virtual Seminars over the last year and they are always well done, educational, and entertaining – and I am sure this seminar will be no exception!  Here is the schedule and lineup of speakers.

If you register for the seminar on Saturday, but are unable to watch the live stream, you can access the recording of the seminar and watch later on.  This is also a great way to re-watch your favorite presentations and catch any details that you originally missed.
