New AMEX Offers: $50 Off $200 RocketMiles.com, $30 Off $150 Lowe’s, and More

Good evening everyone, there are 3 new AMEX Offers worth mentioning.  The first is AMEX Offer is for RocketMiles.com, the hotel booking OTA that awards frequent flyer miles for all paid stays booked through their site.  You will get a $50 statement credit after spending $200.  This is a great deal for a paid stay, plus you will earn your choice of frequent flyer miles.

American Express Membership Reward Point Transfers to Best Western Ending December 31, 2015

Good evening everyone, I hope your Labor Day Weekend is going great.  Here is a quick post from the Holiday Inn Express in Springdale, Utah, home to Zion National Park (trip report coming soon as soon as my blisters heal).  On my recent American Express Platinum Charge Card statement, I noticed a few new announcements/changes.  The first change is that American Express Membership Reward Points will no longer be transferable to Best Western starting January 1, 2016.  Granted that Best Western is not a very good transfer option, this is still another devaluation (if ever so slightly) to the American Express Membership Reward Points program.  A few months ago, I discovered that American Express Changes: 250 Membership Reward Points = 200 British Airways / Iberia Avios starting on October 1, 2015.

Good morning everyone, I have a few new AMEX Offers to share with you today.  The most exciting offer is for Whole Foods.  A few weeks ago, there was a similar offer at Whole Foods where you could get a $10 statement credit after spending $75.  Today’s Whole Foods offer is even better.  Get 1,000 American Express Membership Reward Points after spending $50 at Whole Foods.  Since this offer pays out in AMEX MR Points, this offer will only show up on AMEX MR Point-earning credit/charge cards.  All other AMEX cash back or miles/points earning cards are excluded from this promo.
