Caesars Rewards Diamond Elite Members can Status Match to National Car Rental Emerald Club Executive Elite Status

Good afternoon everyone.  I just received a notification in my Caesars Rewards app that said “Match Your Status & Earn Reward Credits” with National Car Rental.  I clicked the Learn More button to learn more about the National Car Rental status match.  In addition to a status match, you can also “Earn Reward Credits for Qualifying Car Rentals” because “Caesars Rewards members earn 1 Reward Credit for every $1 they spend on Qualifying rental cars.”  I went through the status match enrollment process and here is the process.

Have you Read my Most Popular Posts of 2022?

Good afternoon, from rainy Northern California.  Every year, I like to check out my stats from Google Analytics to see which blog posts were the most popular.  I created 2 lists by looking at all blog posts written in 2022 and then I looked at which posts were read the most in 2022, but written in previous years (#stayingpower).  I will list the blog posts from top to bottom based on pageviews, share the original published date, and provide my thoughts or a short summary of each blog post.  If you are curious, here were the most popular posts from 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021.

Did Caesars Rewards Says No $100 Dining Credit for You? Check with the Participating Restaurants

Good afternoon everyone.  Last week, I was in New Orleans for the 31st annual Freddie Awards.  During my visit, I went over to the Harrah’s New Orleans, Caesars casino property, to pick up my new Caesars Rewards Diamond card.  Over the last few weeks, there has been a lot of drama over Caesars Rewards Diamond matching from Wyndham Rewards Diamond.  I have the Barclays Wyndham Rewards Earner Business Credit Card which comes with Wyndham Rewards Diamond Elite Status and I was able to match to Caesars Rewards Diamond Elite Status pretty easily (without the upgrade, downgrade, and upgrade drama).

My favorite perk of Caesars Rewards Diamond Elite Status is the $100 dining credit you get each year.  After having diamond status for the past 3-4 years, I was finally able to use the $100 dining credit for the first time.  Unfortunately, when I went to the Caesars Rewards desk at Harrah’s New Orleans, the agent said I wasn’t eligible for the $100 dining credit since I did a status match.  Hmm, I thought I was eligible, so I decided to do some more research.  In this post, I will show you what I did to confirm my $100 dining credit and how I used my credit.

Stop Ignoring Vacasa Vacation Rentals! Get Awesome Condos for 13,500 Wyndham Rewards Points per Night

Good afternoon everyone, I hope you had a great weekend.  A few days ago, I booked 3 more Vacasa Vacation Rentals for an upcoming trip to Maui and Oahu.  I am a huge fan of Vacasa (especially in Hawaii) and the booking process is pretty easy, you just need to call Wyndham Rewards. The price is right too at only 13,500 Wyndham Rewards Points per bedroom per night, if you have the Barclays Wyndham Rewards Earner+ Credit Card or the Barclays Wyndham Rewards Earner Business Credit Card (or 15,000 points per bedroom per night without the credit card).  Here are the 6 Vacasa properties in Hawaii that I have booked and stayed at / will stay at.  There are actually a few ways to earn Wyndham Rewards Points that I will show you later in the post.  Let’s get started.

Good morning everyone, I hope your week is going well.  This morning, I received an email from Wyndham Vacation Resorts for a 3 night stay in Las Vegas, Orlando, Oceanside & Myrtle Beach + 15,000 Wyndham Rewards Points for $199.  These vacation packages require attending a 2 hour timeshare presentation (please see the terms and conditions before booking).  I’m not sure if this matters, but I am in California, I have Wyndham Rewards Diamond Elite Status and have the Barclays Wyndham Rewards Earner Business Credit Card.  You need to book your reservation by October 31 and you must complete your stay within 12 months.  Here is the email I received from Wyndham Vacation Resorts:
